What we do with what you send us

This page describes the data handling for this website and for sourcing enquiries. It is written to be read, not to be survived. Last updated 21 October 2026.

Who is responsible

CnCraftAgent, a sourcing agency based in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. For anything on this page, write to [email protected].

What we collect

What you type into the form. Your name, company or shop, email, country, what you are looking for, quantity, target budget, delivery deadline, preferred language and any notes. Only the fields marked with an asterisk are required; the rest are optional and exist because they make the first answer more useful.

What you send us afterwards. If you reply to our emails with photographs, specifications or spreadsheets, we keep them alongside the enquiry.

Standard server records. Our host records the technical data any web server records — IP address, browser, the page requested, the time. This is used for security and to keep the site working.

What we do not do

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no pixel, no session recording, no heat map, and no third-party marketing script. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.

Who processes it

Three services are involved, and only for the purpose of getting your message to us and answering it:

  • Cloudflare — hosts this website and delivers it. It sees the request data described above.
  • FormSubmit — takes the form submission and forwards it to our inbox as an email. It does not build a profile of you.
  • Our email provider — stores the resulting message so that we can reply and keep a record of the enquiry.

If you would rather not use a form at all, write to us directly at the address above. Nothing about the service requires the form.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a security cookie when it needs to distinguish a real browser from automated traffic. There are no consent-banner cookies to accept because there is nothing to consent to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last message in the thread, because a gift programme often returns the following season and the earlier specification is the most useful thing we have. If an enquiry becomes an order, the order records are kept for as long as accounting and export rules require.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will act within 30 days. If a deletion would remove records we are legally required to keep — an export declaration, for example — we will tell you which records and why.

If you are in the EU or UK

We process enquiry data because you asked us to respond to you, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry. You can object to that processing at any time by writing to us. We do not transfer data outside the purpose described here, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects what we do with data we already hold, we will say so at the top and date the change. It will not change retrospectively.

This page describes our practice; it is not legal advice, and it does not replace the data-protection terms in a signed service agreement if one exists.

Questions about any of this?

Ask before you send an enquiry, not after. We would rather answer a data question than have you guess.
